个人简介: 

    赵鹏涛,男 ,1990年生,讲师 ,师资博士后。20126月,毕业于西北农林科技大学葡萄酒学院葡萄酒工程专业 ,获工学学士学位。同年获推免直博生资格 ,师从著名葡萄与葡萄酒专家李华教授。20149月至20169月,受国家留学基金委资助 ,在美国俄勒冈州立大学(Oregon State University)食品科学与技术系和俄勒冈葡萄酒研究中心(OWRI)访问学习 。201712月,获园艺学博士学位。现加入郭玉蓉教授团队,主要从事苹果、葡萄等农产品深加工及其饮料的风味化学的研究。
